Built around a blend of Kickboxing, Boxing, Grappling and Self-Defence, our signature Kitsune Martial Arts programme offers a rounded and complete martial arts experience for all of our members. Kitsune Family Class

Family Classes are an awesome way for families to spend some great quality time together, with a shared interest and shared goals. Following our Kitsune Martial Arts curriculum, parents and children aged 7+ will train together in a rounded mix of Kickboxing, Boxing, Grappling and Self-Defence, building solid family bonds, supporting one another and achieving success together. Kids love it when their parents join in with them too, and it’s a great way to help them with their confidence too!
